I have written a few things. Literary, Poetic and Lyrical recently.
I have also documented a few of these things on our forum if you'd care to read them.
Matt aka. MC Hensh
PS. that picture of me drinking a non-alcoholic cocktail (which I went behind the bar and made myself) in Newcastle which you can see if you scroll down is foul. I can't believe Chris shared it with you. Although he is alot more open than I am to you cyber people.

On Thursday 3rd July we played with Leicesters finest The Dandilions at their home coming (SUMO) gig after playing at Glastonbury the weekend before.
Everyone was in high spirits. Backstage crisps, nuts, beer and water was supplied....along with some odd shaped coloured eating material...I think they call it fruit?
We decided that the best thing to do to make our presence felt by everyone who visits the Leicester Sumo by decorating the band room:
The Nuts were put into good use...

Safe behind one of our infamous paper plates...

Next...

Abit of S & V to the ceiling...

The gig was pretty mad. We played a 7 song set book-ended by I Can't Take The Pain and When You Come Along and got a quality response.
The Dandilions are a great band. They are playing in Derby @ The Venue on Thursday (10th July) if anybodys around for it.
Bye for now,

Over the past month we've released our single, played in Brighton for the first time, played a couple of All Saints In Store shows (not with All Saints though), and been as far North as Necastle! Next its Scotland!
I hope everyone has had chance to download Play The Game off iTunes and has been spreading the word about the catchy summer sing-a-long tune! We want it to be all over the radio...because face it I think it could be! So if you know or hear any text ins or know any e-mail addresses of presenters on Radio please drop them a line!
Last nights Club SOS was absolutely top! I had a great night and hope next month that it will be even busier! Surely people are listening into Nottingham now. If not soon they will be. Theres so many top bands around and we do our best too support all local bands! Big love to Dog Is Dead who played a top set at Junktion 7 Friday night aswel. Also tabloidLove who played their fourth gig ever in front of a quality crowd at SOS. Keep an eye on them!
Less of the rambling and a few pictures from our travels! I will remember to take more of different places in the next few months, instead of getting happy snappy with my camera at one place and then non anywhere else as you will see with these few pics!
Chris O doing some DJing in The Newcastle @ The End Bar. Great Venue/Great Night/Great People!

This is me trying to do an impression of the fella painted on the wall behind!

Now Down South (all of one picture to show from it)
As you can see theres a handsome couple in Brighton on the pier!

As you know we spead alot of time on the M1 going up and down the country. Well let me tell you one thing. Matt found a beaver which appears in every service station toilet. He never used to show me where it was but just used to annoy me by saying "I'm looking at the beaver" well on the way down to Brighton, i spotted the good olde beaver sitting politely on the 'soft toothbrush thingy majig' and it looks like this. So maybe Play The Game with people as you go into services! Big up the Toddington!

Anyway, beavers aside I'm going to watch the footy! I would like to see Spain win but Germany will be tough to beat...so sit tight have some beers, look with your eyes, listen with your ears, smell with your nose as this diary entry comes to a close and football gets under way in 25 minutes!
Big Love

The following night we played with The Wallbirds at The Priory in Doncaster which was an amazing nigh with loads of people.
I'm afraid I can't show you any pictures from the night as I don't think any were taken of us :(

Then it was back in Nottingham for our single launch party at Club SOS, which went down a treat!
We even provided some Breadsticks for the wonderful people of Nottingham and the surrounding areas but we, with the help of Riding The Low, avanGaad and Tom Jackson ate them.

Hello everyone,
Just thought I'd post a diary entry to let you all know that I am still with you.
I've had the computer on for the last few days checking this and that, not quite back in the full swing of things yet. We haven't rehearsed yet and I've not seen alot of the boys but I know they've been out and about and busying themselves, or at least I hope they're not just avoiding me and my dreaded lurgy!
I have picked up the guitar a few times since coming out of hospital and I wish I could say I've had songs pouring out of me but I haven't, it's been tough getting my brain into gear and I've had alittle bit of amnesia but hopefully everything will sort itself out. The human body is a complicated thing and in my case it's a complicated mess, but it is working.
I don't know what else I can say. Come and see me on the square in Nottingham (not bad for a comeback gig eh?) and buy our single at the single release and repeatedly download it, alot of you have 79p to throw away on McBurgers, send a little my way!!
Matt x
PS. I've had a haircut, it's not cool but it'll do for now, if there's one thing I've realised and remembered through all this, long hair is not comfrotable in hospital or when you're bed-ridden.
